FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question 1: What services do you offer, and what's the difference between them?

We offer a range of professional cleaning services to fit your specific needs, including standard recurring cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans. Our standard recurring clean is designed for ongoing maintenance, and it covers all the basic tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning main living areas, bathrooms, and kitchens. A deep clean is a much more intensive service, typically for a first-time appointment or a seasonal cleaning. It includes all the standard tasks plus a more detailed focus on areas often missed, like scrubbing grout, cleaning inside appliances, and washing baseboards. Finally, our move-in/move-out service is a complete top-to-bottom clean of an empty property, ensuring every surface, cabinet, and appliance is sanitized and ready for the next occupant.

Question 2: Are your cleaning products safe for my family and pets?

Yes, absolutely. The safety of your family and pets is our top priority. We use high-quality, eco-friendly, and non-toxic cleaning products that are effective at sanitizing and cleaning but gentle on the environment and safe for all inhabitants of your home. You can rest assured that we avoid harsh chemicals and strong-smelling agents that could be harmful. We believe that a clean home should also be a healthy home, and our choice of products reflects that commitment to your well-being.

Question 3: How do you ensure the quality and consistency of your cleaning service?

We are committed to delivering a consistently high-quality clean with every visit. We achieve this through several key practices. First, all of our cleaning professionals undergo a thorough background check and are extensively trained to meet our high standards. We have a detailed checklist for every service, ensuring no spot is missed and that the results are the same every time. Additionally, we use top-of-the-line equipment and proven cleaning techniques. We also welcome client feedback and use it to continually improve our service, ensuring you are always completely satisfied with the results.

Question 4: Do I need to be home during the cleaning, and how do you handle keys and security?

You do not need to be home while we clean. In fact, many of our clients prefer to have us clean while they are at work or running errands so they can return to a fresh, clean space. For your peace of mind and security, we have a secure key management system. You can provide us with a spare key, a code for a lockbox, or a unique entry code. All keys and access information are stored securely and are only accessible by your assigned cleaning professional on the day of your service. We are fully insured and bonded, providing an extra layer of protection for your home and belongings.
