You have the right to cancel the SMS service at any time. To unsubscribe, simply text STOP to the number provided. Once we receive your "STOP" request, we will send you an SMS confirming your unsubscribe status. After the confirmation, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin the service, you can sign up again using the same process, and we will resume sending appointment reminders and confirmation texts to you.

A deep clean is a much more intensive service, typically for a first-time appointment or a seasonal cleaning. It includes all the standard tasks plus a more detailed focus on areas often missed, like scrubbing grout, cleaning inside appliances, and washing baseboards. Finally, our move-in/move-out service is a complete top-to-bottom clean of an empty property, ensuring every surface, cabinet, and appliance is sanitized and ready for the next occupant.

Question 4: Do I need to be home during the cleaning, and how do you handle keys and security?

You do not need to be home while we clean. In fact, many of our clients prefer to have us clean while they are at work or running errands so they can return to a fresh, clean space. For your peace of mind and security, we have a secure key management system. You can provide us with a spare key, a code for a lockbox, or a unique entry code. All keys and access information are stored securely and are only accessible by your assigned cleaning professional on the day of your service. We are fully insured and bonded, providing an extra layer of protection for your home and belongings.
